If you are in need of food assistance please contact us. You will need to bring suitable ID and proof of address such as a power bill and complete our registration form. We can assist you up to four times a year.
Our food parcels are customised to an individual or a family's needs. We supply baby food, baby formula, nappies as well as catering for some dietary requirements including vegetarian food & gluten free items. Our parcels will generally feed you for 3 days. When you are collecting your food parcel, please be at the foodbank by 11.45am.
We are open Mon - Fri 8.30am to 12.30pm
The Kapiti Community Foodbank was set up in 1999 to provide free food parcels to the community and we rely on the generous food and monetary donations for its continued operation.
If you would like to donate food items or contribute financially, please contact us to arrange delivery or use our bank details listed below. We are a registered charity (CC26922) so donations over $5 are eligible for the 33% tax rebate. Please contact us if you require a receipt.
