We provide frozen meals for individuals/families in the local CBD and surrounding suburbs. If you are in need of a meal(s), please email through details of who the meals are for (e.g 2 adults +3 children etc) along with any dietary requirements. 

You will also need to be able to come in and collect as we don't do deliveries.

As you accept the meals, you are confirming that you have the amenities to safely defrost and reheat the meals. No referrals necessary.
